The AWS Cloudwatch plugin will allow you, the developer, to access a player's logs to help with debugging. With Cloudwatch, the developer can ask the player to provide them with either player’s username, steam id, game session, etc… These values can be used to categorize logs in Cloudwatch, and then you can retrieve the logs from the player’s information.
There is currently no way to retrieve the logs by player for mobile games, except through Cloudwatch, making Cloudwatch especially valuable for mobile games. Moreover, normally you can not get logs for a shipping build on PC, except through Cloudwatch.
This plugin is meant for games that are released or about to be released. This plugin is helpful for both multiplayer games and non multiplayer games.
