Hello,
In this concept, I took the car parks in the city as a reference.
-Road signs in a modern car park and the park itself.
-Car parking/Road
-Materials for modern roads and parking areas
I added mask texture for all the signs used in the materials, you may need them. You can change the color of the marks/Signs can emissive a color. Even allow you to design a sci-fi or cyberpunk type parking lot.
