This is a top down character animation and interaction system with fantasy Dark Knight Character.

This package has customizable character which can perform basic actions
and is ready to be included in your game whether its a top down, RTS or hack and slash.
The characters are set up so that you can easily extend their functionality or make
your own characters in a similar manner using this system.
In this package you will find a rigged and animated basic default character, as well as
dark knight riding a horse which inherits blueprint logic from it.
This way editing and branching into new characters will be very easy.
We are planning on releasing more elaborated characters in this way in future.
Main blueprints included are the BP_Character and BP_DarkKnight
There is also BP_Character_Data and a widget WBP_CharacterPanel - which help initialize and control characters in the test level. In the game characters can be controlled using the aforementioned widget and demonstrate
various functionality such as, walking, turning, attacking, customizing features, dying etc...
The characters are fully rigged. They are not compatible with default epic skeleton, but naming convention is the same.
Re targeting and remapping of any unreal animation should be easy and smooth. IK bones are included.
In case you wanted to create more animations or edit existing ones - source Maya animation files and rigs are included as well.
Character do not have lower LODs set up.
Project includes sound effects for all characters. As characters perform different actions the sounds
will be played automatically. Footsteps will adjust to character armor type. This can all be configured or disabled.
For dark knight characters we included weapons with sounds and animations such as:
sword, vampire sword, mace, bow, crossbow, shield, spear and throwing spear - weapons can be combined and configured in the menu
This character does not have multiple armor variants.
There are 8 animated cloth cape variants which can be switched in the menu displaying in the test level.
There are 4 different head props (helmets) which can be switched in the menu
You can change character colors by overriding the RGBA value in the menu.

This is a DarkKnight fantasy animated character on a top down character system developed for top down games such as:
real time strategy, turn based game, hack and slash
Included test level contains all the blueprints and their functionality. In the system we have default character blueprint and dark knight character blueprint. The knight inherits from default character which makes it easy to edit and extend.
Rig and animation files are included.

- customizable dark knight character - 4 head props, 8 capes (child class), 8+ weapons

25-35 for dark knight (some weapons need multiple anims)
16 for default character
Animation types (In-place):
walk, run, idle, stand, hurt, die, dead, defend, attack, win, lose, lose_idle,
ability - kick, ability - power up, ability - cast spell,
attack and defends animations for provided weapons.
