Overview

This blueprint makes creating a common designed kitchen easy. Most kitchens use pre-fabricated cabinets. Most appliances are only available in very limited sizes. This blueprint takes advantage of this fact. Place it into your scene and add an array element for each modular section of the kitchen. You can use drop down lists or tick boxes for most settings. You can use Unreal' s advanced array editing features to copy modules or move their positions quickly. Everything will be perfectly aligned and you can move the entire kitchen around or copy it from one level to another.


Layout

  • A showroom level contains 6 example layouts including U-shaped examples and an island.
  • L and U shapes are possible by adding another blueprint in a 90 degree angle with corner cabinets being part of the blueprint.
  • Islands can be created by disabling the top cabinets


Cabinets

  • Cabinets in common widths from drop down lists.
  • Three door styles are available at the moment. The style can be change for all doors in the General Settings.
  • Cabinets can be scaled if you need a non standard size by putting in the desired size (in cm).
  • Width can be selected in inches or centimetre.
  • Manual height adjustments are possible and appliances will align to it.
  • Change cabinet materials in one place using standard 100x100 scaled materials.


Appliances

  • Many appliances, sinks or taps are readily available and will get aligned to the selected cabinet
  • Cabinets for build in appliances in the most common sizes are available
  • You can adjust the bench or cabinet height and appliances will be adjusted automatically.
  • You can place open cabinets for custom build in appliances.


Splashback and Benches

  • Sinks from the list are cut-out from the bench
  • Corner and end wall options are available
  • Splashback and bench modules use world tiling materials for seamless UVs


Handles

  • 8 common types are available to be used with all styles
  • Use your own handle and add it to all cabinets automaticly
  • Handles can be disabled


This product supports Lumen for Unreal Engine 5.0+

This product supports Ray Tracing and CPU or GPU Lightmass for Unreal Engine 4 and 5
