I create Bezier functions to define the tornado shape. You can control it by 6 point at most, and it is very easy to control.

You can add your own Volumetexture to define your tornado shape;

The fps is not well with current version, you can set r.VolumetricCloud.ViewRaySampleMaxCount to control

The Bezier function is just one segment, with 4-6 control points to define shape
