This new pack features grunge textures that would be found on a old house, building, warehouse or garage. I included 25 textures in all with 4 being the Dif/Spec/Disp and AO file outputs. This pack looks great in any setting. Multi-texture types to allow it to be used in just about any kind of game you can think up.
